Wrap-Around labeler

Application:
The machine is designed for wrap-around labeling on cylindrical bottles and containers. It can be incorporated with a line or operated individually.

Features:
1. Machine meets current GMP standards.
2. Japan PLC combine with Proface human / machine interface LCD touch screen control.
3. Japan precision 5-phase stepping motor and driver.
4. Stainless steel frame construction is standard.
5. Labeling speed is automatically synchronized with conveyor speed to ensure quality labeling.
6. When the hot foil printer ribbon run out, thie labeler will stop and provide an " error " message.

Options:
1. Hot foil printer for date-coding.
2. Product feeding turn table ( diameter 650 / 1000 mm.)
3. Product separating screw for high speed labeling.
4. Transparent label sensor.
